Royal watchers and followers initially got informed that Prince Harry would follow in the footsteps of his brother and many prominent, upper class men in Britain when it comes to wedding rings: he would do away with it. For them, it’s a matter of preference, not ritual.
But lo and behold! Kensington Palace announced before the wedding that Prince Harry will wear one.
The couple’s rings, both made by Cleave and Company, is a band of Welsh gold for Meghan (as earlier reported) and a platinum band, with a textured finish, for Prince Harry.
Not bad for Meghan as this is perfect to wear alongside her three-stone diamond engagement ring.
This isn’t the first time the couple used accessories to show their love for each other. They’re known for their matching African, beaded bracelets before getting married.
