Meghan Markle-Inspired Earrings for Charity While Her Dad Pulls Out of Her Wedding

It’s nothing anyone ever heard. Meghan Markle’s dad is reportedly backing out of her wedding because of the expose that he got paid for having his picture taken while he being fitted for a suit to wear to his daughter’s wedding, just 4 days away.

Royal snobs for sure are going to say, “This is why royals shouldn’t marry commoners.” Though that’s the most inappropriate thing to say, there is undoubtedly some leniency on how the 6th in line to the throne of England’s future bride’s family got treated.

Whereas there were reports that the Middletons got told not to attract any publicity prior and even after the wedding of Kate to Prince William, nothing got ever reported of the Markle family members getting told the same.

Anyway, Prince Harry is sixth in line to the throne anyway. If that sounds bad, the palace’s understaffed, inexperienced or not-so pro Meghan staff should have foreseen something like this.

Anyway, with the royal wedding just days away, British jeweler Claudia Bradby, a pearl specialist, is auctioning a pair of 18 carat gold-plated earrings that has two diamond embellishments and a single drop pearl inspired by both Meghan Markle’s talent for calligraphy and her elegant style. Calligraphy was a side job Meghan took while a struggling actor.

The jeweler and her broadcaster husband Tom Bradby are no strangers to the royal family. Both attended the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middletonin 2011, and Claudia Bradby also worked with Kate on a jewelry collaboration for the U.K fashion retailer Jigsaw more than 10 years ago.

All money raised at the auction will go to Maggie’s, a U.K cancer charity offering free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer, their family and friends. The auction closes on May 31.
